Rookie School (Date changed to May 10th because of Mall Show)

This is for all divisions!!!

The 2008 Rookie School will be conducted by Lake Erie Speedway staff, and veteran drivers. The “Third Annual Rookie School” will be held at Lake Erie Speedway on Saturday May 10th. This is mandatory for all rookies in every division and for all Sportmod Drivers.

Drivers will learn:

          · Driving Techniques

          · Public Relations-Marketing

          · Sponsorship Ideas

          · Laps on the track

Crew Chief and Crew will learn:

          · Maintenance

          · Handling

          · Tires

          · Laps on the track

Agenda:

11:00 – 12:30 PM  Arrive, sign-in and prepare car for evening activities

12:30 PM              Lunch in the pits

1:00 PM                Classroom sessions for drivers and crew chief / crews

3:00 PM                Laps on tracks

7:00 PM                Graduation
