Glenn Gault Jr. Speaks on TBRA Series

Glenn Gault Jr. has been around racing all of his life. It has been a great pleasure for the TBRA Series to attract drivers and fans such as Glenn Gault Jr. and his family who share in the passion and excitement of racing! Following Glenn’s impressive weekend with a 1st place victory at Motordrome Speedway on Friday, June 22nd and a Top 3 Finish at CNB Bank Raceway Park (former Clearfield) on Saturday, June 23rd, we asked Glenn what he thought of the TBRA Series so far in 2012.

Glenn is driving the Snow King Roof Systems/Lennox Heating and Cooling #32 Chevrolet and currently sits 11th overall in the 2012 TBRA Series of Champions Points Chase! Here is what he had to say:

“I’m really happy to see the competition level & the fairness of pavement late model racing headed in the right direction.” This is a goal the TBRA Series is striving for in 2012 with the addition of CamDoctor testing on competitors motors. The benefits we are seeing is an increase in competitiveness, tighter qualifying times, and an overall feeling with drivers, teams and tracks that they have a more level playing field to showcase true driver ability.

Glenn continued, “I think it’s obvious that we’re seeing great racing at the TBRA Series races. Stan Lasky of Motordrome Speedway told me that the last show at his track (June 22nd TBRA Series 100 laps) was one of the best late model races he’s ever seen. I think people are realizing this & the teams that were hesitant to follow suit now want to.”

Glenn is no stranger to Clearfield, PA as he tells us, “It was great to go back to Clearfield (CNB Bank) and run. Tim Bainey is doing a great job over there. I’ve known Tim since we were both little kids watching our fathers race there. I’m sure his family is proud of what he’s doing in Clearfield @ CNB Bank Raceway Park.”

Looking forward in the 2012 TBRA Series, Glenn said, “For the teams that didn’t run the show at CNB Bank, what can I say but…you missed out.  We’re racing at three great facilities between Lake Erie, Motordrome & CNB Bank. I’d like to think that if you haven’t been to all three this year that you’ll get to them before the end of the season.”

We would like to thank Glenn for his words and thank everyone who has supported the TBRA Series so far in 2012: the drivers, their crews and sponsors, the fans, and all three of our supporting tracks: Lake Erie Speedway, Motordrome Speedway, and CNB Bank Raceway Park.
